We are so excited to share the application for our January 2025 cohort!

What to expect as a member:

Your cohort will meet bi-weekly from 8-9pm ET on Mondays from January 13th through May 5th. All sessions are virtual. Curriculum will be divided into three blocks: angel investing, real estate investing, and cryptocurrency & other investment types. Content will be taught in a masterclass-style format by industry experts so you can learn how to develop your investment thesis, analyze opportunities, and ultimately deploy capital.

If you are based in New York, you’ll also have the opportunity to meet your fellow members IRL at our cohort kickoff event in January!

Attendance is a critical component of Girl Math, so in applying we ask that you are confident that you will be able to attend most sessions at their regularly scheduled Monday time.

Other benefits of joining Girl Math Capital:

As a part of our community, you’ll gain access to all deal flow and our deal sharing calls, hosted monthly. During this time, we’ll discuss investment opportunities in the pipeline and invite founders to pitch to the group live.

Outside of core curriculum, we regularly bring in other exceptional guest speakers to share their perspective on investing, founding, or operating in their industry. These sessions are open to all Girl Math members, so you can expect to stay involved and supported after completing your core curriculum.

You’ll also be invited to all Girl Math events and have access to the Girl Math directory, which includes member information of all community members and guest speakers.

Application Deadlines are October 16th!

Financial Requirements

  • We require a $100.00 membership fee in order to provide access to our software tools, including Slack, Notion, and video conferencing.

  • We do not require an investment minimum to participate in the program, but we do recommend members set aside an amount they’re comfortable deploying over the course of the year. You will learn more about how to determine this amount in the angel investing block!

  • Though required to invest in many early-stage companies, you do not need to be an accredited investor to join Girl Math Capital. When investment opportunities are limited to accredited investors, we will flag these requirements to our group. It is ultimately your responsibility to understand accreditation requirements and comply accordingly. To learn more about accreditation requirements, please review the official SEC guidelines here.
